Garden Quarter Residents need your vote in the Tesco Bags of Help initiative

The Garden Quarter Residents Association is bidding to bag a massive cash boost from the Tesco Bags of Help initiative.
Tesco have teamed up with Groundwork to launch the monthly funding scheme, which sees grants of £5,000, £2,000 and £1,000 – all raised from the 5p bag levy - being awarded to local outdoor community projects.

Three groups in every Tesco region have been shortlisted to receive the cash award.
Water Tower Gardens Improvement Project and Cheyney Road Natural Play Project have been shortlisted for a public vote.
You can Vote in store from 1 February to 25 February for the project you feel should receive the £5,000, £2,000 and £1,000 award.
Shoppers are being invited to head along to the following Tesco stores to vote:

  • Broughton Park Store, CH4 0DP
  • Little Sutton Express, CH66 3RE
  • Helsby, WA6 0DJ
  • Sealand Road, CH1 4NT​
  • Rossmore Road, Little Sutton, CH66 1JG
  • Delamere Street Express, CH1 4DS
  • Chester Weston Express, CH2 1QL
  • Chester Pepper Street Express, CH2 1TN
  • Sutton Arms Ellesmere Port, CH66 3JT
