 Burglaries
Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Sutton
  • Sutton Way – Panel near lock on rear wooden door damaged by known means leaving large hole.  No entry gained. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Princes Road – ‘Ladybird Vapours’ has front window smashed.  Male in hi-vis jacket seen making off from area on a moped. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Allans Meadow – Offenders have entered rear garden by climbing over boundary wall.  Lock broken off garage door and Black Suzuki GSF, PO12 KXR taken from within along with helmets. – Bike recovered and 2 males arrested.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Elm Green – At some point over the last 2 months the lock has been broken off garage door to gain entry.  Bedroom furniture stored within taken.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Bunbury Green – 3 males seen to take residents wheelie bins before setting them alight on the nearby field. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Grange
  • Sutton Way – 2 separate reports received. 1st - Outer pane of glass in window smashed. 2nd – Door to outside storage area/shed damaged, possibly by kicking.  No entry gained. 
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Grange
  • Whitby Road – 2 bikes taken from the bike racks at University Church of England Academy.  CCTV shows 2 unidentified males, neither of which were in uniforms. No details of the bikes at this time.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft OF motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Oldfield Road – Black Honda Vision, VN12 AHO, with ‘Deliveroo’ delivery box on taken from outside address. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Allans Meadow - Black Suzuki GSF, PO12 KXR taken from within along with helmets from garage. – Bike recovered and 2 males arrested.
  • Badger Bait – Secure white Ford Transit, drop side van, YR58 FBV, parked on residential street entered by unknown means and taken. – Recovered Moorside Lane, Parkgate.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft FROM motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Grosvenor Wharf – Insecure Fiat Ducato, parked on car park area of flats entered and Samsung mobile phone removed from passenger seat. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Neston
  • Town Centre – Male offender observed trying car doors of vehicle parked on the car park of Sainsburys. – Male arrested.
  • Netherpool
  • Rivacre Road – BMW 325, parked on residential street has drivers side window smashed to enable offender to reach in and take a white IPhone 5s in black case taken from centre console. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Marlborough Road – Hyundai Tucson, parked on residential street scratched to the front, offside wing and rear door by unknown implement. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Talbot Avenue – Nissan Qashquai, parked insecure on residential driveway entered.  Untidy search made within.  Bag emptied and purse taken.
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • The Runnell – Mazda MX3, parked in parking area has front nearside door scratched by unknown means.
  • St. Pauls
  • Sutton Way – Vauxhall Astra, parked on pavement outside flats set alight by unknown offenders.  Completely burnt out.
