Criminal Behaviour Order issued

Alert message sent 04/10/2017 12:44:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

South Cheshire Magistrates Court imposed a Criminal Behaviour Order on Anthony (Tony) Heathcote last month.  Heathcote, of Redfern Avenue Congleton was jailed for eight weeks in July following a series of burglaries.

The order bans him from entering any driveway, garage or yard of any house without the consent of either the owner or the occupier.

The conditions of the order also prevent him from touching, entering or attempting to enter any vehicle without permission from the owner.

We hope this sends a strong message that Congleton Police will not tolerate this kind of criminality in our town, and continue to work closely with our partners to take robust action against those who persistently cause a misery in our community.

Anyone who witnesses Tony breaching any of his conditions please report it directly to us on 101. Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111
