PCSO 22299 Update

Hartford ASB/Crime figures

ASB – I can only see one reported incident on this which is kids playing “knock-a-door-run” I know that there have been issues at the village hall again which would pass as ASB. Please can these be reported to 101. If these figures don’t match up with what you’re being told and what you’re seeing please let me know in the meeting. If they do then GREAT! Maybe I’m doing something right.

RTC/Highway disruptions – 6

3 RTC’s including the incident on Chester Way whereby a vehicle had rolled over. No injuries but male driver had his license reviewed by the DVLA.

4 Highway disruptions (Parking). One is a male complaining about Hartford MOT Centre using the grass verge outside the business to park vehicles on. I have no issue with the vehicles parking there from a legal standpoint as they are not causing any obstructions. If there are complaints about the vehicles and you want to look at getting them moved you would have to speak to the council as I believe that it is their land and they would have to resolve it down the civil route.

A second is regarding parking at Carridge Drive for Hartford High parents. I have added this to my ever growing list of school parking issues.

Shoplifting – 2

One each for Sainsbury’s and Co-op currently on-going investigations.

Theft – 2

One is a theft of a pedal cycle at the rear of Chimes. The Cycle was left in-secure at the time and the investigation is on-going. We have CCTV footage.

Suspicious circumstances – 1

Male stopped on cycle to take photos of a land rover on Bradburns lane. Nothing stolen but advise that locals be vigilant and ensure that all vehicles are left secure.
