 Burglary
 Incidents reported relating to residential property:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • St. Pauls
  • Acre Road – Windows at rear of property smashed to gain entry. Jewellery and cash taken. 
Incidents reported relating to business premises:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Grange
  • Princes Road – Shutters to premises forced open by unknown offender, wearing a hooded top, causing alarm to activate.  Offender has then run off. 
Incidents reported relating to outbuildings/garden:
 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Parkgate
  • Church Lane – Possible unsuccessful attempt to enter garage after handle/lock found to have been tampered with.
Criminal Damage
Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Ruthin Court – Window in back door smashed.
  • Thornton Road – Youths set fire to wheelie bin on park area.
  • Bamburgh Court – Window smashed. – Named suspect.
  • Strawberry
  • Juniper Drive – Front door damaged after verbal dispute. – Named suspect.
  • Rossmore
  • Viva Way – Unoccupied property has downstairs toilet window smashed. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Ripon Avenue – Damage caused to lights in garden. – Male arrested and charged.
Theft
Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Marina Drive – Yellow Specialized mountain bike, left insecure whilst owner uses atm machine taken.
  • Coliseum Way – Staff tips jar taken from counter by unknown male.
  • Rossmore
  • Merseyton Road – Entry gained into secure compound and pedestrian operated fork lift truck and battery taken. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Ledsham Road – Unidentified employee enters secure site office and removes 2 x red and black Hilti laser levels, valued at £1000 each.
  • Ledsham Road – Whilst in ‘Travellers Rest Public House’ Samsung A3 removed from bag under wheelchair.
  • Netherpool
  • North Road – Building on ‘Vauxhalls’ site entered and 1 vending machines forced open and the cash boxes taken from within.
  • Western Avenue – Insecure BMX taken from side of house.
  • St. Pauls
  • Harrisons Terrace – Delivery of Samsung mobile phone accepted by neighbour who has then denied accepting it. – named suspect
  • Sutton
  • Loxdale Drive – Insecure Kona Mahuna in bright orange left outside shop taken.
Vehicle Crime
Incidents reported relating to theft/attempt theft OF motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Warkworth Court – Aprilla 125cc, LA02 XVL secured to gate in the rear communal area of the flats taken. – 6/7 youths were seen pulling the bike along the footpath between Croft Court and Warkworth Court after they were unable to disable the steering lock.  The licence plate had been removed and bike had been started by hotwiring.  The bike was then abandoned and the youths ran off.
Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt theft from motor vehicles:

ELLESMERE PORT EAST 
  • Rossmore
  • Blakemere Court – VW Golf, parked at rear of address has rear registration plate, displaying S285 XDA taken.
  • Livingstone Road – Registration plate, displaying WF58 AYM taken from motorbike.  No further details. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Ledsham and Manor
  • Ledsham Road – Citroen C3, parked on car park of ‘Travellers Rest Public House’ entered by unknown means and wallet taken.
  • Willaston and Thornton
  • Hooton Road – BMW 118, parked ion car park of ‘Hooton Railway Station’ has both front and rear registration plates, displaying SD61 CVP taken leaving small scratch to the front of the vehicle.
  • St. Pauls
  • Rossall Grove – BMW has rear registration plate, displaying KG55 XTO taken.
  • Grange
  • Brooklyn Drive – Vauxhall Vectra has both front and rear registration plates, displaying CX08 YUU taken. 
Incidents reported relating to damage to motor vehicles:
 
ELLESMERE PORT EAST
 
  • Ellesmere Port Town
  • Rugby Road – Ford Focus scratched along length of passenger side by unknown offender.
  • Whitby
  • Elm Grove – VW and Nissan Notes scratched along body work on consecutive nights at same address. 
ELLESMERE PORT WEST 
  • Little Neston and Burton
  • Lees Lane – BMW mini has tyre has been punctured.  Shown on report as local garage has made owner aware of the incident at Cliff Road and believes they may be related.
  • Cliff Road – Mazda MX5, Both rear tyres and soft top roof slashed by unknown offender/s.
  • Sutton
  • Horstone Road – Vauxhall Meriva has rear windscreen smashed by group of males having left local public house.
