Crime and ASB update

Alert message sent 10/07/2018 08:28:00

Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Hartford ASB/Crime figures

ASB – 1

One reported incident of ASB involving members of the traveller community causing issues in Hartford. There were a large number of incidents in the Greenbank area.

Shoplifting – 3

One each for the CO-OP, Sainsburys and Elson news. All three are currently open investigations.

Burglary/Theft – 4

Items stolen from the Grange Sports field whereby gardening equipment has been taken.

The M.O.T. centre has also had scrap metal and a trailer stolen. These investigations are still ongoing

Highway disruptions

More calls and reports regarding parking in the Hartford area. This is an ongoing issue that isn’t quick to fix but I am getting less calls then last month and vehicles are not re-offending which is good progress

**PRIORITY**

Plan for the month again is to target the parking issues and as previously stated to target the issues on the CO-OP car park. This month we were able to stop one vehicle from the car park as it was travelling down the bypass. The driver was arrested for possession of a class B drug.

PCSO update/Looking forward

A large amount of my time this month has been taken up on the Greenbank estate dealing with the traveller community and other issues in that area so I have been able to give less of my time to Hartford.

Thankyou for having us along again to the picnic in the park. I feel the event went well for us and we were well received.

There will be another neighbourhood watch coordinator meeting soon I will be posting updates about that as and when I have details.
