Information sent on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary

Good afternoon

On behalf of (Redeeming our Communities) ROC would like to invite you to attend a forthcoming ROC Conversation Community Engagement event on Thursday 7th October @Winsford Lifestyle Centre, which is your opportunity to talk to many different local community groups to help make the Winsford area better:-

After months of preparation The ROC Conversation Winsford takes place tomorrow evening at Winsford Lifestyle Centre, The Drumber, CW7 1AD
If you are one of the 120 people already booked in, we look forward to welcoming you. Please read the important information in this email.
If you haven’t yet booked in there may still be a few places available if you click here. (Please note - we are limited to a maximum of 150 guests)
We’re very keen that all those attending the ROC Conversation Winsford have an enjoyable and safe experience.
Working together as a community begins on arrival when you will need to show the Centre staff that you have been double vaccinated or have undertaken a negative Lateral Flow Test within 24hrs.
We’re aware that COVID rates in Winsford remain stubbornly high and together with the Lifestyle Centre and Cheshire West Public Health Guidance, we are taking the following precautions  for all our safety and ask that all attending:
carry out a Lateral Flow Test within 24 hours prior to attending the ROC Conversation.
carry out a self-health check prior to leaving home to be confident they have no symptoms.
down load and log their covid status on the NHS app.
be considerate to others and wear a face mask if possible (unless exempt), we do understand this is not mandatory.
Whilst the Lifestyle Centre has sophisticated ventilation and monitoring systems, we may still open the doors for additional ventilation so dress appropriately/warmly.
